GTHS is pleased to announce:

The German International School of Texas at Austin Pre-K powered by GTHS is now a certified Pre-K institution in Texas. We are extremely excited to bring this long awaited request by many parents to life. Over the past few years a tremendous of behind the scenes effort has taken place, with times of frustration, mountains of paperwork to complete, massive amounts of procedures to develop, overcoming last minute obstacles, and finally nerve wrecking state and city inspections have taken place in order to take us over the finish line. Today, WE CROSSED IT!!!

A HUGE Milestone in the history of GTHS!

Per Janis Gonser (President of GTHS): “Offering a Pre-K program has been an ongoing conversation/discussion that probably dates back to the days before I joined the board, so seeing it become a reality is a very special moment for us and GTHS.

The program aligns perfectly with our mission and values, and taking the rich history of our building and its original purpose into consideration, I can not think of a stronger alignment.”

A very heartfelt DANKESCHÖN to everyone that has brought this exciting chapter to life for GTHS.
